Connection Appearance
How all Connections are drawn is set in one place: Canvas Settings. Open it with the Settings button in the bottom-right corner, or select any Connection and click ⋮ (Connection settings) in its toolbar, which opens Settings with the two Connection rows highlighted.
These settings apply to every Connection on every Canvas. Arrows and line style are set per Connection instead (see Editing Connections).
Connection Wires
Settings → Connection Wires ("Where & how") opens a menu with three controls.
Anchor: where lines attach

Curve: how showy the line is
A slider from 1 (plain) to 5 (most expressive). Its preview draws the line for you.

Not every curve works with every anchor, so the slider offers only the ones that fit:

Switching anchors doesn't lose your choice: if you pick Flow on Edge, try Center and come back, Flow is still selected.
Color
A slider with three steps:

| Colorful | A different muted colour per Connection, chosen so that two Connections meeting at the same object never share a colour |
Connection Labels
Settings → Connection Labels ("Relationship visibility") controls which labels are drawn:

| Hide Default | Hides connects and embeds labels; your named Relationships still show |

When a label is hidden, clicking its line still selects it and shows the label while it's selected.
The same menu has Hide Table Embeds (on by default), which hides Connections that come from Table References. See Embeds.
Line style and arrows
These are set on each Connection, not here:
- Line style (1 solid, 2 half-strength, 3 dashed) also sets priority.
- Arrows are drawn beside the label and point from source to target.
